Business Engagement Specialist (BES)

The Southeast Los Angeles County Workforce Development Board (SELACO WDB) is thrilled to invite applications for the position of a Business Engagement Specialist to connect businesses to our company’s specialized corporate Employee Training Panel (ETP) and recruitment services. SELACO WDB, a non-profit Workforce Development Board, provides corporate training to qualified companies on a grant basis. The ideal candidate can generate sales leads, and leverage knowledge of employee training topics in manufacturing, logistics, construction, hospitality, medical, technology, and other growth industries. Candidates must possess excellent verbal, written, and public presentation skills. A combination of education and experience equaling up to three years of experience. 

The position offers a competitive salary, negotiable based on experience, with a range of Salary Range: $​59,950 – $72,870. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support you and your family. State commissions are offered.
